Welcome to the Speedway New Zealand online licensing process.

Generally, you also have to join the local club in order to contract to a track. Some tracks have allowed Speedway NZ to sign you up on their behalf, some have not. If not, you may need to contact the club direct before we can process your application. Please note that your home track will need to approve your application for a Season Licence before it can be used.

Overview of the Online Licensing Process:

Step 1 - Competitor completes the online form
Step 2 - Competitor receives 3x emails from Sporty
- 1. Copy of the Licence Form just completed
- 2. Copy of the Transaction Receipt just completed.
- 3. Licence Username & Password set-up for App.
Step 3 - Competitor sets-up password for App
Step 4 - Competitor downloads the Speedway NZ App and logs in
Step 5 - Competitor presents licence at Sign in

Adult Competitor - National Class $320
Adult Competitor - Regional Class $260
Adult Competitor - Derby/Streetcar / Vintage / Outlaw Kart $120
Adult Competitor - Flattrack / Pre2000 Sidechair $120
Youth Competitor - Yth Ministock / 1/4 Midgets / Yth Saloon $180
Youth Competitor - Junior Solo / Peewee Solo / Junior Sidecar $120
Additional class endorsement $50 each
One Day Licence $60
Training Licence $10

National Classes: Sprintcar, Midget, TQ Midget, Minisprint, Super Saloon, Saloon, Modified, Superstock, Stockcar, Streetstock, Solo, Sidecar

Regional Classes: Modified Sprint, Production Saloon, Adult Ministock, Six Shooter
