With Mylaps having many options available, we thought we would help break it all down so you can make the right decision for you.

Unit Types

There are two types of units. The TR2 or the X2
TR2: Rechargable unit
X2: Direct Power unit

Subscription vs Outright

Subscriptions are available for 1, 2 or 5 years.
Once your subscription runs out you need to buy more time via the MyLaps app.

Advantage: Subcription unit has a warranty that lasts as long as they have an active subscription, eg for life.

Outright purchasing is only available for the TR2 model.

Advantage: Once you buy the unit, the unit doesnt require more time to be purchased in the future

Disadvantage: Warranty only lasts 2 years

Trade in Special
Mylaps have offered a special deal that you can trade in your Dorian unit and get 50% off the price of a MyLaps unit.

The Dorian unit must have been purchased between 15th July 2019 & 15th July 2021.
